Accolade Asbestos Services Ltd is an independent surveying company providing national asbestos surveying and consultancy services.

We survey commercial, industrial and rented/domestic properties in accordance with the ‘Method for Determination of Hazardous Substances’ (MDHS) 100, issued by the Health and Safety Executive. As well as carrying out asbestos surveys we offer a rapid response asbestos sampling and collection/disposal service.

We provide a reliable, prompt, customer-friendly service to help our clients find safe and practical solutions for managing their asbestos problems.

Formation of Asbestos Awareness Training Company

The Control of Asbestos Regulations 2006 brought with them a specific requirement for ANY worker who could be exposed to Asbestos through the course of their work to receive Asbestos Awareness Training.

New Definition of Asbestos Cement:

The introduction of the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2006 brought with them a new methodology for determining what materials are classifiable as Asbestos Cement. Historically Asbestos Cement products were identified by having a density greater than 1,000Kg/m3.

All reports are produced with the aid of professional software in order to give the client a high quality, updatable document.
AAS can also co-ordinate the removal of non-licensable asbestos quickly and efficiently.

In the pursuit of excellence we ensure that all our surveyors are fully accredited to the British Occupational Hygiene Society’s (BOHS) P402 Proficiency Certificate in Building Surveys and Bulk Sampling for Asbestos, and are fully trained to achieve high standards.

We have offices in Bristol, Birmingham and Leeds so that we can offer a genuine national service.
